Artist Biography
Avital Oshrovicz is an established Israeli visual artist and product designer with over 12 years of professional experience in illustration and creative development. A graduate of the prestigious Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, Avital’s career has spanned the worlds of animation, lifestyle product design, and high-level corporate visual consulting.
After years of leading design projects and founding her own successful lifestyle brand, Avital has returned to her first and truest passion: Fine Art Oil Painting. Her studio, located in the serene landscape of Moshav Aviel, serves as the heart of her creative practice, where she translates the essence of nature into monumental, layered compositions.
The Philosophy of the Canvas
Avital’s work is characterized by a fierce independence and a visceral connection to her subjects. "My paintings are born from an internal necessity rather than a desire to please," she explains. Each piece begins with a moment of observation—a specific color, a unique angle, or a fleeting seasonal change—captured first through photography and then reimagined on canvas. Her process is one of rediscovery, transforming the familiar into a new, passionate visual language.

- 2018–Present: Founder, Avital Fine Art Studio. Focus on large-scale oil on canvas and botanical series.
- 2007–2018: Founder & Lead Designer of an independent Illustration & Product Design Studio. Managed an international lifestyle brand with a global presence on platforms like Etsy, specializing in handcrafted collectibles and bespoke illustrations.
Avital has provided high-level visual storytelling and design consulting for leading international firms and publishers, including:
- Technology & Corporate: Amdocs, NICE, Hertz, Zlango (Mobile UI/UX Iconography).
- Publishing & Product Design: Full visual development and illustration for acclaimed titles including "Don the Squid" and "Ohad and the Magic Window" by Sigal Sasson.
- Bespoke Design: Comprehensive visual branding and product design for boutique firms in the beauty and event production industries.
